Ecost Complaint - Ecost customer service sucks
I purchased a computer from Ecost and when it arrived I found the DVD drive to be dead I called Ecost customer service and was told to contact HP. I decided to try this option as I really did not want to deal with shipping it back and waiting for a refund or replacement.
After 2 hour on the phone with HP and waiting 3 days for the replacement drive I thought I was ready to go when I discovered the card reader did not work either.
Well I wanted a refund now no telling what else may not work. I called customer service and was told someone would get back to me in 24 hours this did not happen so I called back about 4 days later and was given the same line I have called several times an still have never gotten a response back.
DO NOT BUY FROM ECOST
