Net Zero Complaint - Net Zero Tech Support

ALVIN, TEXAS -- We had Net Zero for 2 years. The last month we had our service, we could not stay connected longer than 10-15 minutes at a time.We went through their process. First,online support, then email support, then we paid 1.95 a minute for live tech support.We made 3 calls,they waived the charge for 1 call. This all took place in 2-3 weeks,the problem never got fixed. We had no other choice but to cancel our service. We are now in the process of fighting the tech support charges. There is no phone number to call and argue your case with them,only a mailing address.
