Kitchenfantasy.com Complaint - Customer service - online housevare distributor
Ordered two items from this company and was immediately charged for both along with shipping and handling. The order was placed on 12/10/07 after receiving no info on shipping status I emailed them on 12/18/07 for info. Received no response so I emailed them again on 12/20/07. Finally received an email stating that one item was out of stock and the order had gotten lost so the other item had not shipped. I called the number provided and was told by their representative there was nothing they could do as UPS does not pickup on Saturday. His only response was to ask me "what do you want to do" with no consideration for the fact that they had now caused me to not be able to receive this item prior to Christmas.
The company advertises they are family owned but they obviously do not care about their customers and cannot keep track of their stock which is a sign of a poorly run business.
