Cardways Complaint - Ordered on Dec. 6th and didn't get it by Christmas

NEVADA -- I will never order from this company again and don't recommend for anypne else to either. I placed my Cardways.com on December 6th, when doing so, it showed that my order would be shipped on the 10th. I then called on the 20th to ask where it was, when they assured me that it had been shipped the 10th and would be here the next day.

It was the next day that I got shipping confirmation and realized that they had forgot to ship my order until after I called about it on the 20th. How does a company forget an order? Especially at Christmas time when all they have to do is hit print and throw the gift card in an envelope with an address. Its unacceptable.

On a second note: this was my second order from them, the first order was weeks earlier and arrived on time, but the text was cut off of my gift card. No quality control.

My sone who is stationed in South Korea ordered a Best Buy cift card from www.cardways.com on 12/1/2007. I recieved the gift card and it is not active. The number on the back of the card shows 0 balance when it should be $40.00. I have tried the 800-605-9722 for 3 days and keep getting the Florida center. When I 1st called on 12/24/2007 I was informed that the card would be activated in 24 hours. NOTHING HAPPENED. I called a direct number 702-938-6727 and her mail box is full. Called 702-938-6730 and pressed 3 for customer service but no one answered after 15 minutes. I would not recomend this site to anyone. Poor Service.
