Tails Wellesley Mass Informative - Terrible Service & Return Policy

WELLESLEY, MASSACHUSETTS -- We had purchased an expensive leather coat for our dog, and brought it in for an exchange or return. The owner was rude, and told us that she had a 7 day return policy. (This is December 24th for goodness sake!) and would not honor an exchange.

We are extremely disappointed at the lack of a reasonable policy especially at Christmas, and advise potential buyers to be wary.

What day was it purchased? Was it, in fact, past the 7 day return policy? If so, you really have no complaint.

I'd have made sure of proper fit, etc. before the 7 day return deadline was up. We try stuff on our dogs the same day it is bout, if it doesn't fit, we take it right back.
That way I know I have the receipt...but then its gotten to where I just take the dogs with me to fit them at the store, saves a trip.
