X10 sold me a wireless camera system that was supposed to allow web-based access and recording on my hard drive. I could not get their software to install due to an I/O conflict. I called them and emailed them and kept getting insufficient responses - instructions on how to access and download the software, zipfix files that did nothing and had no instructions on what they should have done, etc. After messing around with it for three days I called it quits. They could not tell me why the problem occurred and only offered more detailed support at the end of the 3rd day when I told them I wanted my money back. Their lack of tech support rendered this product useless to me. Lots of folks raved about this product which is why I bought it - but I wish I had listened to those one or two rants against them and their support - I am now one of those rants.
