Sprint Complaint - Service
GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I have had so many problems with Sprint! Billing, cell phone service, customer service and even cancelling my account! The only way that I can cancel my account is through customer service, and if you go to the direct line, the automated lady says "this call cannot be completed as dailed". Whatever, they had no problem connecting me when I pressed that I was trying to make a payment. When I told them I wanted to cancel, the representative put me on a wait of possibly exceeding 20 minutes while it only took them 3 minutes to answer my call about payment. I think they found the perfect way to piss me off! Don't even let me rant about how their service is overpriced and their cell phone options suck!!
