Evercom also known as T-Netix Informative - T-Netix - Collect phone calls from prisoners

Review by anntnwv on 2007-12-26
I have had so much trouble with this company until I was told to go to their web site and click on the picture of the woman on the phone to get instant help.

I typed in my question and was given an answer. Go to Correctional Billing Services.com
This only worked for me when I went to google.com and typed in correctionalbillingservices

I hope this helps so you won't experience the same problems I have had with this company.
I was told 80% can't call out because of the pin number that has to be reset.

What I was told::::

Lina Q: Since we are using a different system now, some pins might have to be reset, or simply the numbers need to be added

at it again huh??? I'm really glad the state gets kickbacks.
helps pay the tab.

Yes it might pay the "tab" but it is punishing people who did no crime whatsoever - the family and friends of inmates. Who do you think pays the high cost of inmate calls? The prisoners? Think again!!!!!
With over 2.2 million people locked up who says you won't be the next one jktshff1

While I am sorry for your problem,"it" is not punishing people who did no crime whatsoever. The inmate is the one that's responsible.
Yes, the friends or relatives pay for it, I would hope that the inmate (upon completion of sentence) would in some way reimburse them,
I don't break the law.
