Martin Torre Photography Complaint - Poor/No Service - Wedding and Portrait Photographer

WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA -- Martin Torre Photography has extremely poor service and lack of response. Clients be forwarned that you will never receive your photos.

I had a photography session with Martin Torre Photography in the first week of September 2007. I had contacted the photographer seven (7) times via email and telephone with no responses on the edited images over the course of four months. He has not provided my images in four months and has not responded to my requests.

I am disappointed that this photographer considers his company to be professional. The photographer has completely ignored my request. The photographer agreed via email to compensate my edited images in a form of a CD. I drove 20 miles on my own expenses, and have not been compensated with the edited images.

I expected that a professional business would respond to their clients/customers within 24 business hours. After my 7 requests on the status of my photos, the photographer has completely ignored me. HE OWES ME THE EDITED IMAGES. I have an agreement in writing via email that agreed on my compensation of the edited images and have saved this email.
