DHL Complaint - DHL
PORTLAND, OREGON -- I ordered a Palm T|X online to be delivered via DHL at the beginning of December. Its now the 28th and still no package. I'm beginning to wonder if someone at DHL had an extra good christmas, and perhaps my gift became someone else's stocking stuffer. They told us on the phone that they don't guarantee deliveries during the holidays.
Is the tracking system some kind of practical joke? Doesn't the word "tracking" imply something more than a point of origin and destination?
