Cardways Complaint - Best Buy Gift Card from Cardways

HENDERSON, NEW YORK -- My son who is stationed in South Korea purchased a Best Buy gift card from www.cardways.com. The gift card came but it was never activated. I call 800-605-9722 on 12/24/2007 and talked to customer service and was informed the card would be activated in 24 hours. It's Friday 12/28/2007 and still not activated. Everytime I call the 800 number above I get the Florida overflow center and they are no help at all. I did call 702-938-6727 and her mail box is full. I also tried 702-938-6730 pressed 3 for customer service and nobody answered after 15 minuted. I would not recommend that any one do business with this web site. POOR SERVICE...

I also sent a e-mail to customercare@cardways.com and no reply.

It might get easier to get through once we get past the holidays a bit more, I bet other people are trying to report problems as well so don't give up.
It was sweet of your son to send you a gift from Korea though and I hope you can use it soon!
