Dance4less Complaint - Refusal to refund and avoidance

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Sent back a portion of my order for refund on October 3 (with a "delivery confirmation" of Oct 5th at 10:33 am). November 23rd sent an email checking on the status of my refund. No reply until Dec 3rd and it was a "duh...send more information" type of response despite me sending them the tracking number, the date mailed, the date they received and re-listing the items I returned. Their response was send the tracking #.

Huh? Isn't that what was in the email they responded to? Resent another email to "Carla" with the same information again and haven't heard a word. No response what so ever. I have been taken. Don't buy from these guys. Bad business and very unprofessional.
