T-Mobile Complaint - Wolf in Sheeps Clothing
NATIONWIDE -- It's my day off which would explain why I've been on this site so much. I was just watching TV and a commercial that caught my eye came on. For those who haven't seen it, it's a family sitting at a table and they talk about sharing and family and this and that. At the end of the commercial, you hear, "now you can share more - 1500 minutes for $39.99". To ME, this implies that the whole family of 7000 people can share 1500 minutes for 39.99! If you look at their website, you'll kindly notice that their family plan STARTS at $59.99 for 700 minutes. Not exactly what I had in mind.
They TALK about sharing and instead, you get 1000 for 69.99 or 2000 for 99.99 - the $39.99 will get you 1500 minutes with ZERO nights and weekends. Nice, huh? Maybe it's me, but I feel like this TV ad is misleading. I can't wait for Alltel to get to Colorado!
