MENOMONEE FALLS, WISCONSIN -- August 2007: Ordered magazine for friends' birthday
November 2007: No magazine, no gift card, no response to e-mail, put on hold then disconnected on telephone due to "high call volume" which is apparently 24/7.
January 2008: No magazine, no gift card, no response to e-mail, cannot get through via telephone; taking to small claims court.
