Fingerhut Complaint - Ordering Products - Customer Service
I placed an order with Fingerhut on 12/8/2007 and as of now 1/2/2008 have not received it. I called Customer service to discover it was back ordered. Now we have two things going on here. When I ordered the product they said it was in stock. I never received any kind of notice that it had been back ordered. The person I talked to at customer service was uncaring and basically dismissed anything I had to say. I was told the product would ship Feb 3rd.
Thats 60 days after I ordered it. Fingerhut used to have fantastic customer service but now something has happened and it sucks.
