The Sharper Image Informative - Warranty Exchange

ST LOUIS, MISSOURI -- We purchased from a Gift card on 1/19/07 a Electrolux EL1000 Pronto Vacuum Cleaner from The Sharper Image retail store at the St Louis Galleria. I also purchased the Extended Warranty for the vacuum (It was to be our primary vacuum at the time - we lived in an apartment). The vacuum quit working around August.

We took the vacuum back with the receipt 1/01/08 to the same location, they exchanged the product with no questions asked, and we received a new vacuum in the box. Good Job Sharper Image!

I've had pretty good luck exchanging products at Sharper Image in the past. We once had a few of those Ionic Breezes. One stopped working after a few years. They exchanged it no questions asked for a newer model.

I've had similar experience with Sharper Image. With a receipt there has never been a problem with a return or exchange. They are great!
