DHL Complaint - Beyond ticked - ruined Christmas!
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA -- I ordered 5 Zune players from Dell on a day after Thanksgiving sale. It was a great price. I got one for me, hubby, and 3 kids. Dell sent the first 4 around the 10th of December. DHL only left 2 of them and they have no clue where the other 2 went. I heard from dell that the last one was being sent and DHL's website says it was delivered to the local facility and it was scheduled for delivery on 12/24. Well, it was never delivered. They are clueless as to what happened to this one too. Someone is having an absolutely fantastic Christmas because my kids sure aren't!
I can not believe that this is a recurring problem with the company and nothing is being done. Dell is no longer carrying the item and they have just cancelled the order for the 3 replacements and issued me a refund. I am beyond being ticked off. There has to be something that can be done about all of this theft!
UPDATE - Someone at DHL said I could file a police report. Any opinions about that? I did post a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but do not have high hopes of anything being resolved there.
