Sears.com Complaint - Still don't have my items from Sears.com
SEARS.COM, ARIZONA -- I placed my order with Sears.com the day after Thanksgiving. Today is January 2, 2008. I do not have half of my order. I cannot get anything but a standard form letter telling me to be patient. These mp3 players were supposed to be Christmas gift for my children. I have spent hours on hold I have been hung up on and I cannot get an answer from anyone. Their web site states "in stock and available for shipping". They just won't ship! They charged my credit card, so I am paying interst every day on items that I do not have.
Sears and Sears.com are separate entities, so the store won't fill the order and won't help me with my Sears.com problems. I am just disgusted with the customer service I have received.
