Emoda.com Complaint - Return "policy" and "help desk"
P. HILL, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered an Affliction t-shirt from Emoda.com for my boyfriend and when it didn't fit properly, I contacted the company to receive a return number. It took 8 phone calls, 12 emails, and a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau for them to finally contact me back (a month and a half after my first request for them to contact me).
Moreover, they would only give me store credit to use since they didn't process my return within the 21 days from when I ordered it.
DO NOT SUPPORT EMODA AND THE HORRIBLE COMPANY THEY ARE!!
