Charter Communications Complaint - Worst Knowledge Of Company Products And Customer Service
CARNELIAN BAY, CALIFORNIA -- I was out of town for almost a month and when I returned my cable was disconnected - with no notice, but a late bill. I called and stated that I could pay on 1/3/08 when I get paid and they agreed. BUT...
They took out the funds on 1/2/08 and caused a major overdraft and/or insufficient funds. When I called and asked what they could do about this - they said NOTHING - It's out of their hands because they DO NOT POST DATE Money -
Terrible phone service (Company is in Panama) and terrible language barriers - not to mention Mario one of the Supervisors - again - not knowing the company products.
I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and go with Dish or Direct TV for their prompt service.
