Sears.Com Complaint - Poor Service And Info
I placed order 12/18/07 for a Christmas present. The website indicated the item was in stock and I ordered and paid with my bank check card. As of today, 1/03/08 I do not have the item ordered and customer service told me today the order had been cancelled 12/18/07! I was never informed of that before today NOR HAS MY $320.00 BEEN RETURNED TO MY BANK.
I spoke with customer relations today and was told the refund takes 7 to 10 days to occur. If the order was cancelled 12/18 it's been over 10 days and no money! Sears was not willing to immediately see that my money was refunded nor could they explain why I had not been advised before today that the order cancelled. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS.COM
