XL-CALL Complaint - Refusal Of Company To Take Action
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- Since the middle of December XL-Call has put an advertisement in between where the user enters their private pin number and the number they wish to call. By the time the advert has finished too much time has lapsed for the call connection to be made.
Further the advert says "offer closes 31 December", yet on January 4 it is still there.
I have called XL-Call customer service and they refuse to acknowledge there is a problem. I have sent numerous e-mails with the same result.
