Art Institute Online Complaint - Poor Service - School

NEW YORK -- I am a student of AIO, I had to drop my classes because I was moving from state to state. When I finally got myself together I called the school to enroll and pay my balance they never returned my calls. 1 Month later someone called me. I explained my situation. He said I had to make a payment plan to bring my balance down so I can I am a student of AIO, I had to drop my classes because I was moving from state to state, when I finally got myself together I called the school to enroll and pay my balance they never return my calls. 1 Month later someone called me I explained my situation. He said I had to make a payment plan to bring my balance down so I can enroll again in school.

I followed this person's advice and made a payment plan. The money was never taken out of my account and when I call the school no one answers me back. I spoke with someone in customer service and he told me that no payment plan was done. Now I have to pay the school and my Stanford loan and no diploma. This is very hard for me because I am willing to pay my balance and go back to school I am a good student mother of two trying to make a better future for my kids but is obvious that no one cares anymore.
