MCLS Informative - MCLS Horrible Customer Service

BRIDGEVIEW, ILLINOIS -- I purchased a 2005 Pontiac GTO from Mike at MCLS on 11-29-07. I paid in full with a cashiers check and also paid and additional amount on my credit card to cover the sales tax for the secretary of state.

Mike said the title and check for the secretary of state would be overnighted to me the following day.

It is now 1-04-08 and I still have not received the title. I have call numerous times and they still will not produce the title. I have been calling Olga who is in supposed to be getting my title for me.

Olga never returns my voicemails and is never available to speak with directly. When I say I will hold until she is available they put me on hold for several minutes and then hang up on me. I have tried to get Mike to help me out but he is also not doing anything.

They have my money and after 36 calendar days I don't have the title. I want ownership of my vehicle.

They have been nothing but a pain to deal with now that they have my money. I would suggest thinking twice and checking all the complaints against them on the better business bureau website. Right now they have had 69 in the last 36 months.

Contact the Department of Motor Vehicles in your state. Relate your experience with them. You state DMV will sort out the title dispute!
