Yardiac Complaint - Weber Bar-b-q

I ordered a bar-b-q from Yardiac, which was listed on Consumer Reports as a dealer. The unit arrived with a broken part. I have called the number is disconnected, and e-mailed 3 times, no response.

I do not care if they are extra-busy because of Christmas, they should have some sort of customer service, at least acknowledging that they received your e-mail.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. . THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES.

Can you call the manufacturer of the grill to get the part you need?
