E Toyz Complaint - Defective Mini Helicopter

KATY, TEXAS -- I purchased a toy helicopter from E Toyz. When I purchased it I asked the manager (the one who sold me the helicopter) that this is a Christmas present, and if he (the person I purchased it for) did not like it or if it broke if I could have my money back? He nodded and said yes as he was charging my card. And when he gave me my purchase I once again wanted to verify if what I heard was correct and I asked, "so its ok to get the refund if he does not like it?" and he said yes. I mentioned it was a Christmas present because I purchased it in the beginning of the month and I wanted to make sure it was ok to get the refund after he opened it. The first time the helicopter did not work. We went back to the place, and with an attitude with the fact that he was making an exchange, he exchanged the helicopter.

Two days later, the helicopter no longer holds a charge and does not fly. He no longer has this particular helicopter in stock and it seems as though he is selling defective products, because I had gone to see if I could get my money back and there was another customer with a similar issue on one of the helicopters she had purchased. I spoke with the manager about a refund and he said, "no you are lying I never said that," I said, "yes you did you told me that, if you in fact said no, I would have never purchased the product in the first place." He no longer has this particular one in stock and I told him I wanted the refund because he had said yes to the refund previously before when I purchased it.

He no longer wanted to speak to me. He refused to give me his name (and he's the manager of this establishment) and said it was too late. He would not even exchange it for me. I told him you cannot lie to your customers on getting a refund and then refuse to give it when they ask. He was very rude and did not want to listen to me. He said he would lose money and it would go against him if he gave me the refund. He threw the helicopter in my box and told me to leave.
