I was going to bring my kids to the movies this

weekend to see pirates of the caribean, but

after johnny deep's comments, I think it best

not to support such a hyppocrite.

It will be the first disney movie that We don't

Huh? What are you talking about?

Hi there, he did not say anything other then the facts..
The USA is a young puupy so to say..
We are the youngest country. Compared to Europe we are a infant..And lets be honest they have been around a hell of a lot longer.
That is all he meant, he is a good person and loves the USA, they just took one part of a sentence and made a big deal of it..kind of like a sound bite you see on the news, just part of a quote or sentence..

He truly did not say anything anti-american..do some research...give him another chance..
on the other hand Never buy anything by the Dixie Chicks, who actually said something terrible.
Johnny Depps comment was not anything that you should be upset about, it was a metaphor..
The USA is a great country, and he was talking about the the age of the USA compared to other countries..how can you be mad about that..unless you have no clue about the history of other countries and think we have as much history as other countries, inwhich you are very much mistaken..
Relax and research what it was he said..and you will feel better and by all means take your kids to the movie, it is excellant!!!
