Household Bank Complaint - Poor customer service

These people are the ABSOLUTE worst people to deal with. I had two credit cards with this company. One of the cards I had was a Visa with a $500 credit limit.I received a letter from them one day they were changing it to $305 because I had not used it and it was for my safety.Then I received a letter they were changing my interest rate to 29.99% Granted I always paid on time and Never went over my credit limit!!! I then went online and was checking my accounts and saw they closed my account for my safety as well. I never gave these people the authority to do this. I called and talked to a manager to close the other account which was a m/card. She wanted to lower my interest rate for the m/card I told her to close my account.

I have many other cards and no one else treats me like this!!!!If this is how they treat there good paying customers they need to get out of the credit card business!!!!!!!
