Peter Pan Bus Complaint - 20 tickets for a $100 honored after complaint

Review by SGT on 2008-01-06
SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS -- I AM HAPPPY NOW WITH PETER PAN SINCE THEY TAKE STEPS TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS. At first I was disappointed that Peter Pan Buses based in Springfield MA did not make its $100 sale too clear. I found out that my tickets had a short expiration date that expired even though I used only a few. After complaining to BBB and the Bus company, they did the RIGHT thing and gave me an extended period to use the tickets. I guess my lesson was when something sounds like a great deal (20 tickets that normally cost individually about $9 each), make sure that you understand the conditions.

The staff may not always answer your questions completely at the beginning and the small print will surprise you if you read it. In my opinion, Peter Pan Bus Company is an excellent company that stands behind their sales when there may be doubt - all you need to do is to contact their customer service people and pray that they continue to do right. I had an honest misunderstanding that should have been more clear - so give them a try.

Should this be a complaint? Sounds like they did the right thing and you are happy with them.
