Tiger Towing Complaint - How can they treat consumer like this?
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- Dear all,
Last Saturday I had an accident and the police officer helped me call Tiger Towing to pull my car. The staffs of Tiger Towing didn't tell me anything about the towing fee & storage fee. And they just immediately pulled my car to their store. Today they charged me $290 totally including:
towing fee: $125 storage fee: $30*3=$90 (Saturday, Sunday and Today) towing fee to the auto repair store today: $75
And before I went there, they didn't tell me to take cash. Thus, later on I have to ask the owner of auto repare store (Precision Honda Specialists of Memphis, really nice) to help me pay them by his check and I paid him by my credit card. Thus it tatolly cost me $316 for one towing service!!!
I am really angry about it!!!!!!! But if I did pull it out from their store and paid for the money today, they will charge me another $30.
How can they treat consumer like this? If they told me the storage fee, I would not let them put my car in their store for three days, $90!!! And they also should tell me about the paying method when I contacted them!!!!!!!!!It cost me another around $30.
