Sassy Boutique Complaint - Beware of This Predator!
ROSWELL, GEORGIA -- This is company is the Granddaddy of Predatory Credit Card Processing. The company is predatory because they take every advantage and opportunity to make hundreds, thus thousands and millions of dollars at the expense of the customer. You would need to hire a lawyer to read their Customer Service Book, and be aware of the wording. For instance if you ask it there is a early termination fee "they will say no" but, read the contract its worded as a "Contract termination" and the fee is substantial and it does not matter how long you have been with them.
Also they are subject to tell you one thing and implement something entirely different.
There various department between sales, leasing and account do not appear to work for the same company, and it is a nightmare to get something simple accomplished.
NOW HERE IS A WHOPPER FOR YOU......Besides having some on the highest and numerous fees available....They can arbitrarily hold various amount of your money for example they held $266.68 of my business money for apx. $8.00 worth of fees. When asked what protocol was followed as far as percentage of fees vs monies held, I was told whatever the supervisor of accounting felt like holding!!!!!! When I asked for how long these fees would be held, I was told that was up to the supervisor as well.
I also need to mention that the rules, numbers and circumstances seem to change at whomever will with this company!!!!!
But if this isn't enough.....Their Staff in key positions have the nerve to be uncaring, sharp tongue and defiant!!!! Can you imagine that!! These people are in business because YOU ARE IN BUSINESS and suck the life and funds out of you in the name of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This company clearly represents that the credit card industry needs to be regulated and scrutinized.
