CyberPower Inc Complaint - horrible customer service

BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA -- After seeing CyberPower Inc. advertised in your magazine I went online to give 'em a try. I purchased a screaming Pentium 4 system and after waiting nearly 3 weeks for their "quality control" to complete it's part, I received my system...Awesome!!! Except, it didn't work. It was missing a mouse and the speakers, the cable from the motherboard to ?? was laying unconnected to anything, the extra fans I had ordered didn't work but worst of all, the system repeatedly shut itself down after 5-10 minutes gaming! Ughh...tech support couldn't help. I got an RMA # (required) and shipped it back insured. Cyberpower has now had my nearly $1500.00 for almost a month. I have not received my refund, they refuse shipping costs returned (a total of $160.00) even though the product was unusable! It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone with any "authority". I was on hold for 10-15 minutes each time I called for resolution.
I contacted BBB only to discover this company has several unresolved issues just like mine! Buyers BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company.
