Comcast Corporation Complaint - Installation Technician Stole Our MP3 Player
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Comcast Installation Technician #4167 stole an MP3 player from my home. Comcast refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing.
After Comcast completed its investigation they forgot that customers are the biggest asset in any business no matter how big or small.
After sending a letter to Brian Roberts CEO and speaking with ten different Comcast representatives I am still unsatisfied with the results.
During this whole I was treated as if I was the problem.I personally feel violated by the lack of basic customer service principals that have not been applied.
