Zune Complaint - Zune Is The Worse In Customer Service

COLUMBUS, GEORGIA -- I purchased a Zune under a year ago and now it won't charge. I am a deployed soldier and this is the only thing I have here with me in Iraq but yet the Zune people told me that the warranty is expired even though it haven't been one year yet, and the supervisor was laughing at me when I told her my situation. She rushed me out of the phone by hanging up on me.

She also told me she cannot help me in Iraq anyways because we are not part of the United states. I felt very undermined by the Zune people and I will never purchase another Microsoft product ever again.

Wow, antizune has effectively eliminated 327 items manufactured by Microsoft. Why bother with purchasing? If you really want to go all out, just don't use ANY Microsoft products. By boycotting them, you can hand write all the letters you want. You may want to be careful though. I'm not sure if the post office uses WINDOWS NT.

I was also having problems w/my zune. I was told to send it to the co. and they would send me a NEW one (bc they wouldn't fix mine). Not only did I get a used one, it had all of the persons pictures, videos and songs on it. After spending about 3 hrs to set up the "new one", I was told to send it back bc it wasn't working either...After 3 wks of sending it I called the co and they told me that it was sent to the wrong dept. Since they did not send me a replacement on time (by their protocol) and "they acknowledged how wrong they were" the supervisor offered to rush the order and have a working replacement to me in 3-5 days. After I thanked him, I received an e-mail stating that I would have to wait the initial 10-15 days...So far it has been 3 1/2 months since I initially sent in my zune and I still don't have a working replacement. I will def be shopping for apple products in the future!
