Howard Wilson Chrysler Suzuki Complaint - Howard Wilson Chrysler killed my car

Review by ty.foreman on 2008-01-12
JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI -- I went to the Howard Wilson Dealership in Jackson, MS with a simple enough request. Replace a key for my Dodge Stratus. The customer service rep told me it would not be a problem. However, the company never contacted me about my car, and after three days, when I contacted the dealership, they told me it was ready. When I arrived at Howard Wilson Chrysler in Jackson, MS, they told me that my car needed a module replacement that would cost over 700 dollars. I did not believe them and it turns out they were a very dishonest dealership. When I got my car, after paying the exorbitant amount of money, my cruise control no longer worked and my rear taillights would not go out.

This Howard Wilson Dodge dealership has refused to fix a mistake that they made and they are an unscrupulous dealership. If you do not wan the wool pulled over your eyes, do not deal with this dealership!

Just a thought check all your lights, brake, turn, parking. Sometimes if a bulb goes out the cruise and other stuff won't work. It could just be a bulb.
Other than that sounds like a true rip off to me.

Since you brake light will not go out and the cruise is inop, It sounds to me as if the problem lies in the switch under the dash, located at the brake pedal. If this switch is sticking the taillights will not go out and the cruise won't engage. Try this.
