Burger King Complaint - Bad Service - Bad Management
BEAVERCREEK, OHIO -- I recently stopped (1/5/08) at the Burger King drive thru in Beavercreek, OH (3200 Seajay Dr) and ordered 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, and 2 orders of chicken strips. There was no one else in the line before I got there so I'm not sure of the problem. By their own digital clock on the window, it took more than 13 minutes to complete the order. When I got home (20 minutes away), the 2 orders of chicken strips were nowhere to be found. I called to see what happened and they told me they would give me the two orders of strips on my next visit. Are you kidding me? Not only did I wait an unbelievable amount of time for "fast food" but it wasn't the complete order.
All they wanted to do was give me my 2 chick strips on my next visit. I've worked at enough customer service businesses to know what's right and this is far from that. That being said, I think I know why there wasn't anyone else in line on a Saturday at 11am.
