Singlesnet.com Complaint - Don't use Singlesnet!!

Review by rach2424 on 2008-01-14
I became a member of singlesnet in October, 2007. A few months later, I decided I no longer wanted to be a member. I attempted to call about five times to cancel my membership, and remained on hold for almost 10 minutes before hanging up. I also tried emailing singlesnet to cancel my membership, but I was told that I HAVE to call. I tried calling for over a month trying to cancel my membership, and was charged this whole time.

Needless to say, when I finally got to speak with someone in person, they were rude and were not willing to refund my money for the last month when I had been trying to cancel. Therefore, I contacted the Better Business Bureau so that this issue would not be ignored. The manager at singlesnet who dealt with this complaint was rude and did not care what I had to say.

These people could CARE LESS about you, they just want to make money off of you. If you are thinking about signing up for online dating, DO NOT USE SINGLESNET!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Singlesnet is a scam. They are preying on the hearts of mostly women who are trying to heal from a relationship gone bad.

It even seems that they scan the emails you send to each other through their site to make sure you do not exchange each

others emails. As long as they do this, they can continue to charge the outlandish prices they are getting richer on by the

day on.
If everyone who reads this reports SINGLESNNET.COM to the feds, we CAN and WILL shut them down
