Singlesnet.com Complaint - Don't use Singlesnet!!
I became a member of singlesnet in October, 2007. A few months later, I decided I no longer wanted to be a member. I attempted to call about five times to cancel my membership, and remained on hold for almost 10 minutes before hanging up. I also tried emailing singlesnet to cancel my membership, but I was told that I HAVE to call. I tried calling for over a month trying to cancel my membership, and was charged this whole time.
Needless to say, when I finally got to speak with someone in person, they were rude and were not willing to refund my money for the last month when I had been trying to cancel. Therefore, I contacted the Better Business Bureau so that this issue would not be ignored. The manager at singlesnet who dealt with this complaint was rude and did not care what I had to say.
These people could CARE LESS about you, they just want to make money off of you. If you are thinking about signing up for online dating, DO NOT USE SINGLESNET!!!!!!!!!!!!!
