Bosch Home Appliances Complaint - Bosch Washer And Dryer

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- Purchased the 700 series washer and dryer 8/2006 and have had nothing but problems with both. The dryer was noisy and had 50+phone calls and numerous service calls and was told "they are just noisy and to fix the pulley would be too much work". Customer service Larry continually refused to return calls or order replacement. After a manager intervention they replaced - and new dryer had no noise.

In meantime the front load tension wire around the rubber inset of the washing machine kept coming off. 5 service calls and each time they would put back on, order new part etc. Now out of warranty and still trying to fix same problem. The customer service reps are arrogant and unresponsive.

They act like you the consumer are the problem instead of the machines. Quite expensive for all the time and aggravation. It takes 100+HOURS and no one apologizes. Their customer service dept is terribly unprofessional.

I have their double oven and dishwasher and am not really impressed with either.

There is now a kit available for the door bellows front spring comming off. The original plastic front and bellows had a very small area for the tension spring to go into a recess, if it is not in the right place it will pull lose. Have the bellows replaced with the "Front Kit" and that should solve your problem so long as the rubber is seated correctly before the clamp and spring is installed.
