alberts hardwood flooring Complaint - UNSATISFACTORY WORK
Complaint
MARINETTE, WISCONSIN -- Wisconsin Attorney General,
As a honest consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I had Alberts Hardwood Flooring from Oconto, WI. redo my hardwood floors. Upon arriving he got stuck in my yard and con't to spin the tires to get out. With that he burned the rubber off and it splatted on my clothing and my porch and my house. He tracked this into my house which I cleaned up immediately. After the 3-4 days it took him to complete this job, when he arrived on the day of the final coat he tracked this into the house and proceeded to coat the floor after he had tracked the black marks on the floor. He coated over these marks and the only way to get rid of them is to have the floor redone. It is still on my porch and must be taken care of to keep it from continually being tracked into the house. He refuses to look at the problem or to redo the floor. When asked for his insurance companies name he refused to give it to me and told me to go ahead and get a lawyer and sue him if I want because he won't show up in court and he won't pay me either. He was very rude and hostile about this whole matter from the start.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I would like the amount in which I paid to have my floors done and to have the mess removed from my porch.
