Five Points Auto Sales Informative - Overpriced Cars - Cars Are Sold Double The Bluebook Value

Review by mswritealetter on 2008-01-15
DECATUR, GEORGIA -- If you ever want to buy a car from five points auto sales make sure you ask them for their cash price of the car and then go home and look up the bluebook on the car before you buy. They charge over by at least a thousand what the car is really worth and if you finance the car they charge you double the amount at 29% interest. They all there cars as is and offer no type of warranty.

Also if you change your mind about the car before they release it to you they have to give you a full refund. Don't accept their checks if you paid them cash because their bank won't cash it unless you have an account with them.

1. There are two different Blue Book Values: Private Party and Dealership. (Dealership value is usually lower)

2. Cars can vary vastly (even the same make, model, year) in the BB value due to condition.

3. $1,000 Over Blue Book value- Do you know that dealerships are in it for PROFIT? Generally they offer lower than Blue Book value and then raise their selling price. I don't know why you would expect a company to cut their profit.

4. If they offer you a check. Take it to YOUR bank and cash or deposit it there. Most banks now charge to cash their check unless you have an account. Banks are trying to turn a profit as well.

first of all gothicsmurf I didn't post my opinion for someone like you it was geared more towards other woman like me who don't know alot about cars.
Second.....the comment about the check was stated because I paid with cash but when I decided to get a refund they would only give me a check and the financial instution on the check would not cash their own check. So again this message is not for a person like you it more geared towards other woman like me who are learning as they go.

thank you

If you post your opinion on the internet, you're going to get others back, even if you don't like them. I posted my opinions for those to learn from. Be pro-active instead of reactive.
