A&E Factory Service Complaint - Poor Service - Dryer Repair
NEW CASTLE, PENNSYLVANIA -- I purchase a Maytag dryer on January 2007. Since then I have had to have it repaired three times. First time stopped heating and a&e came out fixed ok. Six months later the same problem the tech said a wire grounded and blew all the parts. A wire that they fixed in July! So I have to wait seven days for parts. Another tech from a&e comes he's mad has an attitude says the last tech ordered the wrong parts and he had to order more so again I wait seven days thats two weeks with no dryer!!! A third tech comes and installs the parts tells me its fixed and I started a load and guess what its not. So I called them and they told me I have to wait again for another tech.
When I asked to talk to a manager they told me no. So why would I ever but another Maytag or use a& e service?
