Ikea Complaint - Ikea Mattress Warranty
COVINA, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased an Ikea Sultan Hasselback mattress almost a year and a half ago. Since that time my mattress has developed some big 'dips' in the middle.
I contacted the Ikea store in Covina where I bought the mattress, and since I lost the receipt, I don't get my 25 year limited warranty exchange for my mattress.
It's not like it doesn't say IKEA right on the label, WITH the date of manufacturing stamped on the "Do not remove under penalty of law" tags.
I guess they don't believe that I bought the mattress??? I wonder how I am going to get this resolved now.... Maybe someone from Ikea can help on this issue.
Maybe Ikea should set up a warranty registration section on their website, so if people, like me, who lose receipts...
I've padded it up with some blankets under the dips but can't get any resolve from Ikea directly...
