Old Navy Complaint - Sales ads are mis-leading
LINCOLN, NEBRASKA -- I recently went shopping for my twin niece and nephew. I found them each an outfit which is very cute and thought it was great that the jeans are 2 for $22 instead of $16.50 each. Both the girl and boys jeans were marked on sale at 2@$22. I checked out and did not even get out the door and checked the receipt. They charged me $16.50 each. I went back in and asked them and they said they had to be the same style and which they were. They then told me I had to buy two boy jeans or two girl jeans to get this sale. I spent $33 instead of $22 for two pairs of pants. I just don't get why they can't honor this price on mix match on items they have the same price on and same sale. It would be different if they were different prices. I have done a good share of business with Old Navy and will be shopping at another franchise.
