Revolution RV Complaint - Revolution RV Customer neglect

Review by megamon on 2008-01-18
SANTEE, CALIFORNIA -- We bought a new beautiful Montana 5th wheel in September. It is now January. As is usual, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. That is to be expected and is not a problem, but what I experienced in trying to get the issues corrected amounted to the contents of a small book. I will give no details since it would end up being a book. Suffice it to say that the TV was missing, the Stereo was missing, a cabinet door was broken in half, the toilet is not working properly, a basement door is not aligned properly, the kitchen faucet was not working properly, and the rig had not been detailed. To this date, they have promised to fix all of the problems, but the entire list of problems solved are listed here.
Kitchen sink
Broken cabinet door.

That's it!

They did bring a TV which was the wrong one and a stereo which didn't work. They are nice and I think well meaning, but the owner or manager must not give them enough help, or training or tools. The whole story is actually funny, but it will be a lot more humorous when everything is fixed or replaced. Hopefully it will be before 2009. Oh that's funny.
