Orbitz Complaint - Customer Service???
I made reservations for a trip to Spain with Orbitz - direct flights at exactly the time I wanted.
One week later I got a notice that there had been a change - they moved my return flight two days earlier. I called "customer service" and got the flight moved back, although no longer a direct flight. Only 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!
But there was no email confirmation. So I checked my itinerary and found that they did not make the change. And also my outgoing flight was moved two days later. Then my return flight disappeared altogether. They really know how to screw up an itinerary. Another 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone and they could not find a flight that worked for me - although while on hold I checked other websites and found plenty.
So they said they would return my money in 3 business days. I'm holding my breathe, hoping it will happen!
NEVER, EVER use Orbitz!
