Quizno Sandwich Stores Complaint - Very Bad And Improper Customer Service

VANCOUVER CANADA -- Re: Very Bad and Improper Customer Service

Store # 1254
917 12th Street,
New Westminster, BC V3M 4K7

I am writing you in regard to the improper and very impolite manner that I had been treated in the above mentioned store by the man behind the counter, which does not come to the expectation that someone would expect from the well known franchise store.

I am a retired civil engineer from California, visiting my son in Vancouver , this evening (Friday 18th January 2008 ) went out with my son to the above Quiznos store for a quick snack and ordered a 8 slices chicken pizza. Much to our surprise pizza was almost plain bread with a few pieces of cold chicken. I took a piece of it to the gentleman ( whom behaved very far from that ) behind the counter and very politely showed it to him and mentioned there is no cheese on this pizza and it is almost plain bread and does not even come close to what you are showing in the picture on the counter. Very rudely and with most disgusting manner he snapped back “ this is the pizza and you don’t like it ,don’t come here again, and get out “ .

Honestly, his rudeness and improper manner was beyond my imagination. Is this the common practice in all your stores? “Customer must eat what we give them and be thankful!! “. Having traveled most of the world in east and west, I can tell you that nowhere I have encounter such a poor and uncivilized customer service like in Quiznos this evening. I think this store is a disgrace to your franchise company.

Apparently in Canada they do and they look like they should have cheese on them. I wonder why the menu is different in the US and Canada?
