Paytel Complaint - Will Not Refund My Money
EFFINGHAM, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I was also lead to believe I had to pre pay to Paytel in order to get calls from an inmate and once he was moved to another jail that uses a different company for phone calls I requested a refund from Paytel and its been 3 months and I still have not been refunded my money.
I have called and faxed them several times and am always told the money will be put back on my card in a few days but it still has not been. I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau next week.

In the future, if we fail to meet your needs, you can email a manager at CustomerRelations@paytel.com and your request will be addressed the same day.
