Gameforge Complaint - Ban/chargeback - Gamepay services

ANKARA -- I'm playing a game for several years and paying for some helpful tools. I've made many payments and everything was fine until my last transaction. After then my account suddenly got banned and also I've been charged by company. Also I'm blamed by using a stolen credit card which is not true. I'm using same credit card more than 2 years and never had a problem like this before. What should I do now???

I've been charged and not getting any service also I lost what I had before and company is not replying for almost a week.

not sure what the site is, but I suspect there are other services out there.

only you and the credit card bank can determine if the card has been stolen. perhaps a complaint to the card issuer about their claim is in order.

If you dispute the charge with the credit card company, they are going to have to contact you. That is a great starting point for disputing their claim that the card is stolen. It'd be pretty tough to dispute a charge on a card which you have stolen, no?
