Wells Fargo Complaint - Bad Service - Mortgage
HUDSON,NY 12534, NEW YORK -- I had a mortgage with Wells Fargo that was going into foreclosure, due to a co owner situation of a one family home.As a mortgage company I would think they would work with you to try to keep your home. My experience with this company was horrible!, You never get to speak to the one that is handling your paper work it's always a representative who don't know whats going on with the process of paper work, so they tell you that you have to re-summit your paper work which puts a delay on process of re-instating your mortgage. With my continue efforts of faxing and mailing requested information in a timely matter for the 3rd time got me know where. The company then took a month to process my paper work knowing there was a closing date on my home. They denied my claim on the 17th and the bank sold my home on the 18th. They never call to state claim been denied and why. When following up with them on why my claim was denied, they stated that I did not have enough income. Come to find out they only used two out of five incomes submitted. I feel this company is very unprofessional in how they do business regarding a serious matter. I also feel once a date have been set on sell of home my paper work should have been process promptly, and who every working on the paper work should keep in contact on ways to solve matter.
This never happen and as a single mom of three kids with two jobs and going to school, trying to maintain a stable home for family and save my credit. All falling by the waste side by believing in my mortgage company will help me resolve this serious matter. I feel they just didn't care. I feel they should not be in business.
