AT&T/Cingular Complaint - Still no reward - Sierra wireless card
DELCO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I have contacted AT&T three times about the rebate that I am entitled to for purchasing the sierra wireless card for my computer. I keep getting he run around such as someone filed it wrong and it was supposed to have been sent out but it hasn't. I have been patient since October. I told them that this is a bunch of bull and that I need the rebate to pay off 300.00 worth of hidden fees they sent me in my bill that I wasn't told about. I spoke with a supervisor about the bill and he said I had to pay 175.00 extra to get out of the contract since I had a 30 day try period that I wasn't told about that expired over a week when I called. The second time that I called I told her I still hadn't received the rebate and she said she was getting it approved by the manager and was filling out the form as we spoke. Three weeks later I never got the rebate. Third time I called I told the girl what was going on she said she didn't have a record of when I called I gave her the facts she then said oh I see where you called.
I told again the story and she said the 2nd time I called the lady went through the wrong department so she would AGAIN request my rebate. She said it would take another three weeks for it to be put on the web site and I would have to wait another three weeks to get the rebate through the mail. I told her I was going to cancel my home phone and computer service with them after all this and she didn't ask why or try to keep me as a customer.
AT&T YOU SUCK!! I will never again order anything from you.When I call a fourth time I won't be nice.
